Cancellation Policy
Salon Cancellation & Late Policy
To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policies apply to all appointments:
Cancellations / Rescheduling
All cancellations and reschedules must be made online through our booking system.
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 25% service fee.
If a client is unable to keep their appointment and does not cancel in time, the 25% fee will be charged at the time of the missed appointment.
Booking Holds
Outstanding cancellation or late fees must be paid before any new appointments can be booked.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to cancellation of their service and the applicable late/no-show fee will apply.
